Mark making is distilled into an essential structure and language that resonates. From this drawn resource, I design and create paper textiles using embroidery and construction techniques, each possessing its own beauty, depth, and quietness. The physical act of crafting is slow and contemplative, standing in contrast to the vibrant energy of the initial drawings that inspired them.
